Kirk and KHoward Mortgage Team have over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry. KHoward Mortgage Team has helped over 4,000 clients obtain the American dream of homeownership. His team is amongst the best in the industry and their goal is to always exceed expectations.

Kirk has lived in Mesa, Arizona over 33 years. He met his beautiful wife Julie in 1989. They have three amazing boys, John (28), Dakota (27), and Chase (24). Kirk prides himself in always including his entire family in all activities he does outside of work. The family enjoys many recreational sports activities including golf, riding dirt bikes and boating at Saguaro Lake!

With many years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, and extensive practice in originating home loans for both purchase and refinance, Kirk is a firm believer in exceeding customer service and offering the most competitive pricing. Through working with Barret Financial Group, a Direct Lender, Kirk has continued to be one of the most knowledgeable Loan Officers in the industry.

Julie Howard

Julie Howard joined her Husband Kirk Howard in the Mortgage Industry in 2011 as a Processor. She has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry over 21 years in the East Valley of Arizona. She brings energy, creativity and personal knowledge to her work. You can be assured that she will stay on top of all the details of a deal to provide a smooth transaction.

She has lived in Mesa, Arizona over 34 years with her wonderful family. She has been married to her husband Kirk for 29 years. They have three amazing sons John (28), Dakota (27) and Chase (24). She takes pride in helping many families accomplish their housing dreams.

Shelley Rikli

Shelley Rikli joined Kirk Howard in the Mortgage Industry in 2016 as his Assistant/Licensed LOA. However, she is no stranger to the industry. She has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry for over 18 years in the East Valley of Arizona.

She brings a level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, as well as her personal knowledge to her work. You can be comforted knowing that your deals are in good hands. Shelley has lived in Arizona for over 38 years. Outside of work, Shelley enjoys baking and spending time with her family. She has been married to her amazing husband Andy for 18 years and they have two wonderful children: a daughter named Kendall (16) and a son named Austin (14).

She loves being part of a team that helps in making a family’s dream of homeownership become reality!

Liz Howard

Loan Officer Assistant

Liz Howard is the newest member to the team as she joined the KHoward Mortgage Team in the beginning of 2020 as Kirk’s full time Assistant. Liz is quickly learning the business and loving every minute of it! With Liz’s extensive background in sales and customer service, she makes sure all of our clients are well taken care of.

Liz is a native to Arizona, growing up in Scottsdale and even attending school at NAU! She loves to ski and even met her fiancé on the mountain- who is also Kirk’s son Dakota. When she is not skiing, she is either hanging out with her friends and family or enjoying a day at the lake. Liz has a passion for helping families into beautiful homes.

Dakota Howard

Mortgage Loan Officer

Dakota Howard joined the team in 2018 after finishing college at NAU. Dakota has been quickly learning the business with his Dad Kirk, as a mentor. Learning from the best he has already helped over 100 families into a home! Dakota is thrilled to be working under his father and is excited for the years ahead!

Dakota has lived in Arizona for over 20 years and continues to enjoy Arizona’s beauty. When Dakota is not in the office he is either wake boarding, snowboarding, riding his dirt bike or spending time with his fiancé, Liz.

Dakota has a true passion for connecting with families and turning their homebuying or refinance dreams into a reality.
